The Shining Lights Fellowship Program

Shining Lights is a semester-long Fellowship program intended to foster community, build a professional network, and provide training in leadership skills.  The program is open to graduate students and postdoctoral scholars interested in issues around gender representation in STEM. The program aims to promote career success and gender equity in the mathematical and physical sciences and engineering, and offers the opportunity to connect with others and learn key professional skills.
